So, let’s
face it. In high school, you have it
fairly easy as far as health is concerned.
You have numerous athletic opportunities to keep you in shape. You have
these athletics to give you motivation to actually stay in shape. You still live at home, where—most
likely—someone cooks the majority of the food you eat for you.
all changes when you get to college. You
are suddenly given that freedom that you have been craving for the past four
years. But, this is both good and
bad. With this freedom comes the
responsibility of actually making good health choices that will keep your mind
and body performing optimally, and keep you from gaining that dreaded “freshman
fifteen.”
