Homecoming at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is a long-standing tradition and has been celebrated by present students and past students for many years. Overtime, Homecoming has become a way for students, parents and alumni on campus to work together to show their love and appreciation for the university and show off their Husker pride. Homecoming is spread out over a week and is full of exciting events including a campus wide 5k run, a parade, a campus-wide blood drive, pep rally and jester competition and a homecoming concert. The week leads up to the Homecoming football game.
