Form C: Statement of SEG Formation

All SEG forms, including Form C, Form D, Form F, and, if relevant, Form Z must be filed by the SEG Leader. Submitting Form C recognizes the SEG in the eyes of the Electoral Commission but does not recognize the group as an RSO with the privileges of using SOFS and making reservations with the university. Groups must reach out to ASUN’s Jessie Matthes at jmatthes2@unl.edu in order to begin the RSO recognition process after submitting Form C. Groups must complete the RSO formation process and attend a Student Involvement Annual Orientation before beginning to campaign. Please see Article II.D(2) of the Electoral Commission Rules for limitations on SEG names, which can be no more than 12 characters long.
