Current Contributions Expenditures Acknowledgement Complete Form F - Financial Reports All SEG forms, including Form C, Form D, Form F, and, if relevant, Form Z must be filed by the SEG Leader. SEGs/Candidates may raise money by contributions from non-candidates or their own funds, according to the Electoral Commission Rules. SEGs/Candidates will be held responsible for accurate reporting and strict adherence to the Electoral Commission Rules. All reports to the Electoral Commission must contain the contributions and expenditures for that individual period, reported in cumulative figures. All dollars reported as contributions must be accounted for via Form U. All contributors, whether affiliated with UNL or not, should download and complete Form U and provide the document with their contribution to the SEG/candidate. Reporting SEGs/candidates are responsible for uploading each Form U they receive for each contribution with their financial reports. Mismatching totals reported on the contributions portion of the financial report and totaled from the submitted Forms U may result in penalty. Contributions from students, up to a certain limit, are eligible to be matched by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. All dollars reported as expenditures must be accounted for via appropriate receipts and documents attached to each financial report.
