Student Grievance and Appeal Procedures

Students can appeal the decision of the Hearing Officer or University Conduct Board. 

Appeals must be filed quickly. In order to appeal, a Respondent must send an e-mail to the person identified in the letter of decision and attach a letter that explains in detail the reasons why the decision should be overturned within ten (10) University days of the date of the letter of decision.
