Form B: Digital Signature Collection Portal

Candidates for office must file the preliminary executive officer candidate filing form (Form A1) by 5 p.m. on the filing deadline and collect a requisite number of digital signatures from eligible voters by 5 p.m. on the eligible voter signature deadline, Thursday, March 27, 2025, in order to appear on the ballot. Eligible voters who wish to sign their support for a candidate(s) should log into this form and select the candidates they wish to sign for.

Eligible voters may make only one submission, so be sure to select all candidates you want to sign for.
