Do I Have To Include That I Was Fired From My Last Job On My Application?

If the application asks for this information it is always better to be truthful and explain the circumstances of why you were fired. Try not to fudge the truth of what happened because if the truth later comes out after you are hired, then you may end up getting fired for lying on your application.

You could also list a supervisor at your former place of employment that you had a good relationship with for a more positive explanation of your employment record.
