If the question asks if you have ever been arrested, remember that a ticket for a Minor In Possession of Alcohol or Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Maintaining a Disorderly House, or any other misdemeanor, even though you were never physically taken to jail, the ticket is considered an arrest.
